PVC profile extrusion line

This production is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, haul-off, cutter and piling frame, and also coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to produce PVC door & window profiles, foamed profile, decoration plate, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products etc. This production line is mainly used to produce plastic steel door & window profiles, multi-hole pipeline underground for communication use, clapboard, celling and wooden plastic products.
